Where can you deliver? Where does my package come from?

We currently deliver world wide! We post directly from England using Royal Mail, so if Royal Mail can deliver it, we would be happy to post it!


What does shipping cost? How long does it take?

Shipping is free and included! We know you're excited to receive your packages quickly, so we have arranged for extra speedy delivery. To most countries,  packages should arrive within 4-5 business days after being posted each month.


What type of items will I receive?

Think of a surprise care package from home; chocolate, sweets, biscuits, crisps, condiments, magazine(s), along with other practical, unique and interesting products you would find only if you were in the UK. We hope it reminds you of home!


How does this compare to products from my 'local' British store / grocery isle?

We include many items that you may find at your local British store, but also many items that are not typically exported from the UK. As we deliver straight from England, you will receive many current and niche items that you can't find at British stores. Your products will also be fresher, as they do not need to wait in containers and on warehouse shelves while crossing the pond. We know how much products cost locally, and we think we provide a much better value, conveniently and lovingly delivered to your door as well! Sometimes it's nice to get a care package!


Can I request a specific item?

While all of our boxes differ slightly each month, and are a 'surprise', we would love to hear your thoughts or ideas and will absolutely consider them for our upcoming boxes. We can't guarantee that every request will make it, but we will always try our best! Feel free to contact us on social media or at our email address: contact@thelittlecarepackage.com . Can I give this as a gift?

Yes you can, and we're sure the recipient will love you for it! To give as a gift, simply subscribe to the 'monthly subscription', and select the 'Give as gift' option during the checkout process. You will then be asked for the start date (month you want to send the package), and you will be asked whether you want to send 1 package, multiple packages, or an ongoing subscription.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the credit card cut-off date each month (approximately the 10th day). Simply log in to your account on our website to manage your subscription.


Can I skip a delivery?

Yes! Subscribers who are away on vacation, or want a break from their monthly boxes can opt to skip a particular delivery, for it to resume the next month. Skip as many as you want. Simply log into your account on the website to manage your subscription.


Is this site secure? Is my credit card information safe?

Absolutely! All payments are entered and processed using HTTPS secure connections and are PCI (payment card industry) compliant. Our credit card processing partner, Stripe is one of the most recognized in the industry.
